Adding or deleting PDFs from A Data Source

At times, you want to upgrade the PDF information that your chatbot is trained on. In this module, we'll explore how to effortlessly add or remove PDFs to ensure your chatbot is equipped with the most relevant and up-to-date information, enhancing its effectiveness in providing accurate responses to user queries.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

1.      Click on “AI Agents” and go to the “Data Sources” tab.

2.      Click on “Files” under the Operations tab.

3.      The Data Sources Files dialog box opens up. To delete any existing PDF, click on the delete button. Alternatively, click on the add button to add a new knowledge source. 


Using website links and PDFs simultaneously as data sources

Insighto.ai lets you expand your chatbot's knowledge base by harnessing the power of both website links and PDF documents. In this module, we'll explore how to seamlessly integrate these diverse data sources, enabling your chatbot to access a wealth of information and provide comprehensive responses to user queries.

Here are the steps to follow:

1.      On the Insighto.ai dashboard, click on “AI Agents” and then “Add Data Source” under the Data Sources tab.

2.      Select the data source type by choosing from the dropdown menu featuring various options such as PDF, HTTP, and Image.

Here you can add your PDFs as well as website links one by one, giving them a suitable name and description.

3.      Proceed to the Assistants tab and click on "View Data Sources" under the Operations tab to link the newly added data sources to your assistant.

4.      Select the newly added data source by ticking the checkbox to link it to your AI assistant.
