Tailor your chatbot's appearance to align with your brand's identity and enhance user experience. In this module, we'll delve into the simple process of customizing your chatbot's design elements, including selecting the perfect color theme to reflect your brand's aesthetics and personality.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Click on “AI Agents” and go to the “Widgets” tab.
2. Click on “Customize Widget” under the Operations tab.
3. The Customize Widget dialog box opens up.
Here, users will see the following options:
- Conversation Avatar: Customize the visual representation of the chatbot within the conversation interface.
- Bot Avatar: Upload an image or select an avatar to represent the chatbot in conversations with users.
- Display Name: Set the name displayed for the chatbot during interactions with users.
- Bubble Text: This is the text displayed in the minimized chatbot window to prompt user interaction when the chatbot is not expanded.
- Intro Message: Craft a welcoming message to greet users when they first interact with the chatbot.
- Ice Breaker Questions: Set predefined questions to initiate conversation and engage users in meaningful interactions.
Users can view real-time results of every change in the adjacent window for easy and seamless customization.
