HubSpot Integration

Insighto.ai allows you to seamlessly integrate your AI agents with HubSpot to automate ticket creation and contact management.

This integration supports two functions:

Create a Ticket: Automatically push form entries as HubSpot tickets.
Create a Contact: Automatically create HubSpot contacts from form submissions.

Setting Up HubSpot

To set up HubSpot, go to the Tools section under AI Agents from the sidebar. Click on the Set Up button under HubSpot to begin the integration process.

2. The Setup Your Tool dialog box appears. Click on Start New to initiate the configuration.

3. You will be redirected to the HubSpot website. Choose your existing HubSpot account to authenticate your tool and get started. Note: If you don’t have a HubSpot account, you can create one now.

4. Enter a name for your integration. Here, we are creating an integration for support tickets, so we'll name it something relevant, like Customer Support Tickets.

5. Select the function for the integration (e.g., create a ticket or create a contact). Click Save.

Note: While you can add more than one function to each Assistant, it is recommended to stick to one. If you want to add both functions, you can create two assistants and add one function to each. This will ensure more accurate results.

Linking Your Tool to the Form

6. Next, you need to assign the tool to the corresponding form. Go to AI Agents > Forms from the sidebar.

7. If you haven’t created a form yet, click on the Add a Form button. For this example, we will create a Support Query form.

8. To link the form, click on Assign Tool under the Operations tab.

9. Choose HubSpot from the dropdown menu. Input the necessary details:

Tool Configuration: Select the name you entered in Step 4 (e.g., Customer Support Tickets).

Function: Choose the integration function (e.g., create a ticket).

Form Fields: Map the form fields to the relevant HubSpot fields for accurate results (e.g., Email, Content, and Subject).

Click Save.
