Zoho Integration

Insighto.ai allows you to seamlessly integrate your AI agents with Zoho to automate lead creation and contact management.

This integration supports the following function:

• Create a Lead: Automatically create leads from form submissions.

Setting Up Zoho

1. To set up Zoho, go to the Tools section under AI Agents from the sidebar. Click on the Set Up button under Zoho to begin the integration process.

       2. The Setup Your Tool dialog box appears. Click on Start New to initiate the configuration. 

     3. You will be redirected to the Zoho website. Choose your existing Zoho account to authenticate your tool and get started. Note: If you don’t have a Zoho account, you can create one now. 

  4. Enter a suitable name for your integration. 

    5. Select the function for the integration (i.e., create a lead). Click Save.

Linking Your Tool to the Form

     6. Next, you need to assign the tool to the corresponding form. Go to AI Agents > Forms from the sidebar. 

     7. If you haven’t created a form yet, click the Add a Form button. For this example, we will create a Lead Generation form.

     8. To link the form, click on Assign Tool under the Operations tab. 

    9. Choose Zoho from the dropdown menu. Input the necessary details:

Tool Configuration: Select the name you entered in Step 4 (e.g., Algoscale Zoho).

Function: Choose the integration function (i.e., create a lead).

Form Fields: Map the form fields to the relevant Zoho fields for accurate results (e.g., Email, Phone, Last Name, and First Name).

Click Save.
