Follow these steps to set up the integration and configure your chatbot:
Setting Up GoHighLevel
1. To set up GHL, go to the Tools section under AI Agents from the sidebar. Click on the Set Up button under GoHighLevel to begin the integration process.
2. The Setup Your Tool dialog box appears. Click on Start New to initiate the configuration.
3. You’ll be directed to a third-party link. Enter your CRM details to continue and choose a sub-account.
Note: Insighto.ai currently supports only subaccounts and locations.
4. It will redirect you to setup page on Insighto.ai again. Enter a name for the integration. Click Next.
select the function for the integration. Click Save.
5. Setup your GHL Calendar on next page. Select the calendar which you want to use from your GHL account. Click on "Finish" to complete tool setup.
Invite Address: You can mention it " Online" or "Offline" or you can put anything to define where the meeting is going to happen.
Invite Description: Title of the meeting.
Enabling other Features from GHL
Conversation & Contact Sync:
Navigate to Assistants. Make sure you have selected AI Agents from the sidebar.
Click on Edit Assistant.
Go to Conversations tab and enable Conversation Sync & Contact sync as shown below
Dynamic Fields:
Under the prompt section you can Type "/" to get a popup window. Select the CRM you have configured and then select the tool. It will show list of fields that you can use in prompts.
