GHL Missed Call Widget

Modified on Wed, 21 Aug at 1:07 PM

The GHL Missed Call Widget improves customer communication by ensuring no missed calls go unanswered.

Whenever a user misses a call, this widget automatically triggers an AI-driven call back to the missed caller. This feature helps businesses constantly engage with their customers, ensuring that potential leads or urgent support requests are not lost due to missed calls.

When a call is missed, the widget detects the event and triggers an AI system to call the missed number.

Scenarios Where This Feature is Triggered:

  • Busy - If your contact line is busy, our AI Phone agent can reach out after a set delay.
  • Canceled - If a call is canceled, our AI Phone agent can follow up to see if it can do anything.
  • Voicemail - If the call goes to voicemail, our AI Phone agent will call back and follow your instructions.
  • No-answer - If there's no answer, our AI Phone agent can try again later.
