Setting Up the Messenger Widget
Creating a Messenger Widget is straightforward. If you're new to this, you must first set up a knowledge base and an Assistant (the brain of your chatbot) before creating a widget.

Once that is complete, you can set up the Messenger Widget by following these steps:
a. Navigate to Widgets. Make sure you have selected AI Agents from the sidebar.
b. Click on Add a Widget.
c. Here you can set up the Widget as needed.
- Enter the name and description of your widget. Choose the corresponding chat AI Assistant. Choose the Widget Type as Facebook Messenger as shown in the image below.
- Next, select the FB Messenger configuration name and the Facebook Page. Click on Submit to complete the setup.
