Instagram Integration

 Insighto manages and responds to Instagram messages directly from your Insighto.ai dashboard. Automate replies for efficiency and ensure personalized communication.Enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with organized interactions.

Steps to Set Up Instagram Integration

Step 1: Access the Tools Section
Navigate to the Tools section under AI Agents in the sidebar. Click on the Set Up button under Instagram to start the integration.

Step 2: Initiate Configuration

The Setup Your Tool dialog box will appear. Click on Start New to begin the configuration process.



Step 3: Authenticate Instagram Account

You’ll be directed to Instagram’s login page. Enter your Instagram account details to authenticate the connection.

Step 4: Review Permissions

Review the permissions requested by Insighto.ai for managing your Instagram messages. Once reviewed, click on Save to confirm.

Step 5: Finalize Integration

After authentication, you’ll be redirected back to the Insighto.ai dashboard. Enter a name for the integration to identify it. On the Functions screen, note that no functions are currently available for this tool. Simply click Save to complete the integration.
